Services may include a general baby assessment, having the latch observed, positioning assistance, measuring baby's intake by a Professional Baby Weigh Scale and/or discuss any challenges or questions you have.

Please note: Individual IBCLC appointments will be recommended or made for those needing more in-depth private assistance.

CLASSES PURCHASED IN STORE OR ON THE WEB:
NO REFUNDS for classes. 48 hours notice is required to receive store credit for classes. Please call 773.404.BABY (2229) during store hours to exchange or receive store credit for a class. No refunds will be given for any missed classes within a multi-session class.

Classes may be cancelled by the instructor if the minimum number of students required to register is not met. If your class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or credit towards another class.
