IN STORE:
NO REFUNDS in store. Returns for store credit or exchanges may be
brought into a Be By Baby! store within 30 days of purchase. The
original receipt is required and products must be returned with tags
attached in the original, undamaged package in resalable-as-new
condition. Washed, used, clearance items, breastpumps and special-order
furniture are non-returnable. Car Seats, Co-sleepers and Furniture
items must be in re-saleable condition and returned in the original
unopened box with all packing materials, manuals and registration and
warranty cards.
WEB RETURNS:
Returns may be made up to 30 days from the purchase date. You must follow the instructions at the bottom of the invoice that you received with your merchandise. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns and must be written on the outside of the returned package. Items returned without an RA number written on the outside of the package will be refused. To receive an RA number click here.

Returned items that were purchased with free shipping will be refunded the product cost less our shipping expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Be By Baby! cannot and is not responsible for returns that do not arrive. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the credit to be applied to your account.
Credit card purchases over $150 will be refunded with a gift card. If a credit card refund is requested a 5% handling fee will be charged.
Due to our rapidly changing inventory, Be By baby! and Bebybaby.com do not guarantee exchanges.
