Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after gift card/credit card approval. Be By Baby! generally ships Monday thru Friday (except holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until the next available business day. To calculate average total ship time, the date of purchase will be considered to be the following business day for any orders received after 12pm CST.

Free ground shipping is available on most purchases over $89 within the 48 contiguous states. Some items are ineligible for free shipping. The 'Shipping Info' tab on the product page details each products shipping eligibility. Purchases to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for free shipping.

For an additional charge you can choose 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Express orders are usually shipped the same day if the order is received by 12 pm CST. Express orders are filled first and receive priority over other orders.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders may arrive in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping charges. Upon ordering, your credit card will be charged $.01 as verification. This amount will be refunded when your order is processed and shipped. Except in certain circumstances such as special orders , your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail if there are any delays in shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, weight, and distance. Larger, bulkier and heavier items such as furniture may have an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed on the “Shipping Info” tab for those particular products.

E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address of the purchaser and should arrive within 1 business day following credit card approval. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.

Some furniture items and some expedited shipping are not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We are also unable to ship to Puerto Rico.
